Have spots on the body, light brown / red color, different that the color of my body. Is it because of my body to dry?

I have spots on my body that is light brown or light red color. This happens every time when I wake up. There is no claws nor gives me no problem, apart from the image of my body when I take of my shirt. When I damp my body each time after I asked who are spots, and it is hardly obvious.
